SOLVIT can help when the right to free movement is hindered

People, goods, services, and capital should be able to move freely within the EU, and the EEA. But sometimes, problems arise.

It may be that authorities have rules that get in the way or that they make incorrect decisions that make it difficult for you to live, work and do business in other EU and EEA countries. The European Commission’s network SOLVIT helps companies and individuals who face problems with other countries’ authorities. There is a SOLVIT centre in each EU/EEA country. In Sweden, SOLVIT is at the National Board of Trade Sweden (Kommerskollegium). If you report your problem, SOLVIT will investigate if the authority has acted incorrectly and try to solve your issue together with them.
